This dress is floaty and feminine with lightly crossover pleated detail on the bodice and a waterfall cascade at the front of the skirt. Sheer chiffon at the shoulders gives the effect of cap sleeves as it falls over the shoulder into a cape detail at the back. A soft chiffon hem completes the look of this truly charming dress.
